It is not saying anything in any way that is new
That in the twenty first century the unassuming are of the few
The promotion of the self is now the in thing
Their own praises many does happily sing
The humble of mind getting harder to meet
For this thing known as success people Worldwide compete
The wealthy and famous the millions admire
And just to be like them in life their desire
Sport celebrities, entertainers, celebrated people and every money billionaire
Of gobsmacked admirers attract their own share
But that greatness can be relative only true to say
And not everyone see others in the same way
Though those seen as successful the impressionable masses celebrate
Between being famous and living as a good person the difference is great.
