Though on some things we do happen for to agree
The one great to you may not be so to me
It is a World for winners from the mouth of the wise
And for being generous and kind there is never a prize
In the twenty first century self promotion is an in thing
And their own praises many do love for to sing
A positive attitude big dividend may pay
But that self praise is no praise remains true to say
The good things you do for for yourself says less about you
Than the good things for others that you choose to do
Since to their higher selves they remain ever true
To the kind and generous respect is only due
For our every mistake some price for us to pay
And we learn as we live life works in this way.
