In all who knew him good memories of him will remain
And sadly he will not walk the fields of Kilmeedy again
Or on a Spring evening just after sundown
Hear the birds singing in the leafy groves near Millstreet Town
Paul Kelleher a man who had many a friend
His journey in life for him has come to an end
He drew his life's final breath in the prime of the May
And in St Mary's in Millstreet his last remains lay
Though the passing of a good person leave family and friends with grief
Death of suffering of any sort is a forever relief
Every human and life form from the great to the small
Share one thing in common a last day for all
And though the last breath of life from Paul Kelleher has gone
In his family and many friends good memories of him will live on.
