I was not there the day Jesus walked on the waves of Galilee
But blessed are the billions who believe he did though they were not there to see
The son of god walk upon water they are far greater than me
Since i am one who choose to question all of unwritten history
I was baptized as a christian but i am not a christian today
In fact i do not have a religion to any god i do not pray
Some religious people lead good lives though some as is said is not all
And some who were looked on with reverence from grace have been known for to fall
Bad crimes for god have been committed but for this god is not to blame
For criminals they are not godlike and in their crimes bring on themselves shame
But one should not blame the good religious people for the crimes of the horrible few
Than being religious can make you a better person is not saying anything that is new
