Of Nature

 Of Nature i learn something new every day

She is a great teacher in truth one can say

And though my wonderment of her only does grow

So little about her i can claim of to know

Due to human created carbon emissions many of  Nature's creatures on the endangered list

Yet in our bad environmental practices we do persist

For mass extinction of species of wildlife we have been planting the seed

In the plundering of Mother Earth's resources due to our human greed

To the first silent Spring we well may be near

Future generations of people a song bird may not hear

In our human environmental practices nothing to celebrate

A World without wildlife a sad thing to contemplate

But Nature the creator of Mother Earth's beauty will be living on

When life from the last human being it has gone.
