The majority of the material wealth is owned by the few
And this is not saying anything that is new
And sadly the gap between the wealthy and poor is widening by the day
In a fair Human World it would not be this way
The wealthy and famous many do admire
And of singing their praises never seem to tire
The impressionable people in those they celebrate
The narcissistic and arrogant admired does help to create
Though losing is a thing that anyone does not choose
For a few to win big many do have to lose
There are more losers than winners in the World every day
Humanity it always has worked in this way
And as for the admiring masses in life their desire
Is just to be like one day those they do admire.
