The Warrnambool octogenarian Maxine Golding Clarke
So kind and caring in her own sweet way
So sad to learn she has lived her life's final day
One grieved by her many friends and family
But in those who knew her she will not fade from memory
On her eighty sixth year she breathed her last
One who was a good friend to many in the past
Quite an attrcative looking woman and it is said going back in time
She was one of Warrnambool's fairest in her prime
One who never turned her back on anyone of help in need
She was a kind and loving person indeed
One who did have the bright inner glow
Her sort a privilege of for to know
Always with a big smile on her beautiful face
Warrnambool for her passing a far poorer place
Maxine has lived her last night and day
And with the deceased of Warrnambool her last remains lay
In the flesh from the World she may have gone
But in all who knew her good memories of her will live on.
