On The Irish Potato Famine

In the mid nineteenth century in Ireland much of the population of malnutrition died
Due to the failure of the potato crop that was Nationwide
Where in a short space of time it has been recorded that a million malnourished people or more
On what became known as Coffin Ships migrated from the Homeland shore
The name Coffin Ships came from the factual story that many of the malnourished migrants died on the way
To their destinations in Europe and the U  S  of  A
Their remains thrown overboard on the Atlantic sea bed lay
They are just statistics of the millions who have died in famines Worldwide today
Circumstance of birth on our life's destiny a huge part does play
Anybody does not deserve for to die on such a painful way
It is sad to think that the lives of many good people not seen as important overall
The names of victims of famine never appear on a memorial wall
It was due  to the failure of the potato crop in Ireland in the mid nineteenth century
That many poor people of malnutrition died slowly and painfully.
