In your words on yourself you are far too tough
When you say to others you are not good enough
And not really that good at what best you do
Why agree with those who are judgmental of you
No shortage of those to verbally put you down
They are not even rare on your side of the town
Why worry if by you they are not impressed
Since at what you do you do give of your best
Of yourself unkind things you ought not to say
The judgmental are many in the town today
For to criticize you help from you they do not need
At being good at being negative they do succeed
Self effacement and humility it does seem sad for to say
Does not seem to work well in the Human World of today.
