Time Surely Will

When COVID-19 the ways of time has gone
Human life in the World will carry on
As virus pandemics and plagues do fade to time
Though memories of them will long outlive this rhyme

Those who believe this is just a new type of mild flu believe their own lie
Many who fall ill of COVID-19 are doomed for to die
Far more fatal than any flu or cold
And those who have died of it are not all old

But like other major pandemics of the past
COVID-19 it will not last
Though a lot of people it well may kill
If humans cannot beat it time surely will

As a Worldwide pandemic it seems an unstoppable force
But in time it too will run it's course
Though it has brought with it death and fear
It well may only live for another year

Pandemics come and pandemics go
And time to all things it becomes the foe
And though many of COVID-19 or Coronavirus have gone on their last drive
The human race it will surely survive.
