At Tower Hill Cemetery her remains will forever lay
The Queen of Koroit she has lived her last day
In her death Koroit Town has lost some of it's soul
There was only one Mary Fiorinni Lowell
Born as Mary Bourke in Koroit Town ninety three years ago
But time as is said becomes everyone's foe
She is with the deceased of Koroit but of her one can say
That she was quite unique in her own charming way
Her colourful journey in life it has come to an end
Survived by her husband Frank and her relatives and the many she did befriend
Through the decades her friends in numbers had grown
Far beyond the Moyne Shire borders she was well loved and known
A socialite and story teller as well as a poet
She was one who was looked on as well worthy of note
In her prime years she visited many a Country
And she knew of fame as an actress in Italy
But in Koroit with her husband Frank she did grow old
And at social gatherings recited her spud poem and many stories of her travels told
Her heart that beat with kindness is now forever still
In the Cemetery by the Prince's Freeway in view of Tower Hill.
