Of behaviour it has brought out in people the worst and the best
Panic buying in supermarkets that lead to angry words between people and many a fight
Is sad for to say not an uncommon sight

On what is a trying time for people in Countries Worldwide
In most people it brings out the good and the not so good side
The kindness and generosity of many we do read of and hear
That most people have much good in them is quite obviously clear

But in the year 2020 due to COVID-19 the darker side of humanity is also on display
Panic buying in the superstores goes on every day
The gentler due to the greedier and aggressive of life's necessities losing out
That at such times the self centered show their true selves there can be little doubt

In the COVID-19 virus pandemic it is only true for to say
That some people by their kindness and generosity in good example lead the way
But then there are some who leave humanity down
And do not bring honour to their side of the town.
