How come we do not love some people who have never done us any wrong
Though in their ways they are good people with them we cannot get along?
We look on them as untrustworthy though to us they have never been unjust
Yet we do not see them as who they are and look upon them with mistrust
How come we cannot all love each other from lack of love and understanding dislike does begin
In mistrust enemies are made and love it cannot seem to win
In this i am as guilty as others in that i cannot love everyone
If we loved each other without conditions there would not be wars to be won
But sadly this is not how it is perhaps our human flaws for this to blame
That we cannot see everyone as our equal and treat everyone as the same
It is true you cannot love everyone though love is a great gift indeed
Those who love others for who they are for a better World to live in sow the seed
How come i cannot love this person who have never done wrong to me
Perhaps of the flaws i was born with in death i will only be free?
