His pig a large duroc desexed old sow of skin rather brown
Follows him like a dog as he walks in the town
And some visitors to the town at man and pig stop and stare
That a pig can become a person's pet of some do not seem to be aware
Of the man out walking with his pig any notice local people do not take
Just an every day occurence that even the local news headlines does not make
It is said that his love for his pig cost him the love of his wife
His pig his onl;y devoted friend in his life
His wife and their young daughter with her new partner live
But for the choice that she made her he does forgive
At least she gave him the choice when she said it is the pig goes or me
And on choosing the pig he says he chose wisely
His wife with their child chose to leave him when she did not get her way
And his pig ever faithful walks with him today.
