The southern ocean gleaming in the November evening sunlight
Of beautiful Point Addis makes for a beautiful sight
From the steep pathway overlooking the sea
In the quietness of the evening whilst most people are at home enjoying their tea
The white waves rolling in on to the brown sand
It is something that is not hard to understand
Why so many people love this beautiful coastal place
That was old at the arrival of Australia's first race
To this southern Country many decades ago
In time many claim thousands of centuries or so
They looked on the scenery that i look on today
To where the sky seems to meet the ocean many kilometres away
It does seem that Earthly Utopia is near
To this beautiful place in the Spring of the year.
