You Do Like To Boast

 You do like to boast of how marvellous you are

Or of the size of your new home or your new motor car

And on how you have reached the summit of success

On your stories of your recent achievements others you like to impress

But on some of your opinions you seem rather small

As you do not believe on a fair go for all

You look on as inferior the poor of the town

Doing it tough in life and  financially down

You are being unfair in your judgments of them for want of a better name

When you say for their financial situations they only have themselves to blame

And since you in your life have never experienced dire poverty

On some of your opinions you seem rather judgmental is how it seems to be

Yet so many opinionated and judgmental people in the World of today

Who in their opinions can only look at others in a judgmental way

Others with their stories of their material achievements they like to impress

The accumulation of money and property is their only idea of success

It only does seem a true thing for to say

That your sort  are not an endangered species in the Human World of today

Those who in their opinions uphold the inequality of social rank are not in the few

And this is not saying anything that is new.
