Familiarity Can Breed Contempt

Familiarity can breed contempt or so we are told
A truism that does remain relevant from the days of old
But only in some instances of familiarization it is this way
In many instances familiarization can give rise to likeness one can say
It is quite often between like minded people the bond of friendship grows strong
There are some groups of people you know that in you do not belong
Of our human ways of thinking this is a well known
But then as is said it is each to their own
We like some people better than others humanity works in this way
And a true friendship is something that one does not form every day
Feel lucky of true friends if you have just a few
This is not saying anything that is in any way that is new
Familiarity can breed contempt as a truism remain
