In the Human World of today self adoration with some it is an in thing
Of their own praises they are only too willing to sing
Into self propmotion in quite a big way
They do love an audience of them one can say
With the advancement of technology narcissism all but out of control
It is detrimental to the health of the human soul
Those who live for self only are not compassionate and kind
Such a warped sense of love not healthy for the mind
Praise to them is like petrol to a flame
They become obsessed with self and money and fame
To become wealthy and famous in life their desire
And of talking of self they never seem to tire
To the self obsessed egotistical their sort belong
Narcissism in truth is self love gone wrong.
