Respect Is A Thing

Respect is a thing that must go more than one way
The one you do not show respect to in return to you respect will not pay
This is how it always was and how it is today
And for as long as humanity exists how it will stay
Do  unto others as you would like them to you do
The one you disrespect will not respect you
The meaning in this it's own self does explain
As respect goes this is how it is and how it will always remain
Disrespect is the opposite to fair and just
And is something that always gives rise to mistrust
It remains as a negative among humanity
And between people is one of the causes of disharmony
The one you disrespect will not become your friend
As it does not bring people together why otherwise pretend.
