It does not worry him his lack of material success

And he feels no desire others for to impress

You ask him what is his key to happiness

And he will tell you the name of it is could not care less

He has no desire for great wealth and fame

And Could Not Care Less for him is an apt nickname

In his late twenties without a partner or a wife and he is not a dad

He says to be healthy and living i feel grateful and glad

Of nights of passion he has known of a few

When one chooses to leave him he always finds someone new

Perhaps he will never have a long term partner or wife

Most young women like a man with ambition in their life

He is not the type most women with would spend a long stay

As he only works in casual jobs without big take home pay

Not good husband material and of him one can say

That he does not look at life in a serious way

His own praises you will never hear him sing

He is just happy in his mind and he does his own thing
