But what matter you gave it your best anyway
Quite sporting you said that the better one won
And graciously said to the winner well done
You accepted defeat with a smile on your face
It does take a brave one for to lose with grace
The winners are those the majority of wish to know
And in numbers their fans always quickly do grow
And though losing is a thing anyone does not choose
For one to win big many do have to lose
Suppose in all things in life it is much the same
Only for the winner the glory and fame
You did try your best though it was not your day
And you accepted defeat in a gracious way.
