Tower Hill Of The Peek Wurrong

In Tower Hill of the Peek Wurrong lots of wildlife to see
Like Koalas eating leaves on a manna gum tree
And emus, wallabies and echidnas are not known to be rare
As the many visitors to the volcanic valley are of aware
In Tower Hill large mobs of grey kangaroos
And flocks of long billed corellas and yellow tailed black cockatoos
And in Tower Hill lake many species of  wild duck, coot, grebe, stilt, swamphen and moorhen
In a nice place to visit for nature loving children and women and men
On warm summer evenings in the shade of the trees
The Peek Wurrong people had their corroborees
For Tower Hill they did have another name
This was long before people from the northern Lands came
And though in Tower Hill today lots of wildlife to see
The Peek Wurrong a memory of what used to be.
